HR Insights on Total Rewards in 2025
This spring, HR Advisory surveyed over 320 members from across a wide range of industries, including Software & IT (20%), Nonprofit (14%), Manufacturing (11%), and Healthcare (8%), about how their organizations approached Total Rewards. Respondents answered questions about their businesses, benefits, and compensation strategies.
The HR professionals we surveyed (almost all of whom had a direct hand in shaping their organizations’ benefits packages) reported that traditional offerings, such as core benefits, retirement, and work flexibility, remain the most in demand.
