2025 State of HR Tech Report
This January, HR Advisory surveyed nearly 300 members, which included HR professionals of all levels from a wide array of industries and business sizes, about their approach to HR technology. They answered questions about utilization, implementation, pain points, and how they’re training their people to take advantage of HR tech tools today.
What we found was that HR professionals put a great deal of importance on tech that streamlines their most tedious tasks. While, by and large, people are satisfied with the performance of their current tech stacks, integration across systems remains challenging.
Tools that eased or automated payroll, time management, and benefits administration all numbered among the most commonly used, making it clear that HR professionals are ready to move past the spreadsheets of yesteryear.
