Bennie’s 2025 Benefits Survey collected responses from more than 350 HR Advisory members, which consisted of HR professionals from across the United States in various industries and organizations, large and small.

We focused on finding out how they build and manage their rewards packages in 2025, and how employees are informed and educated on what’s available to them.
