2023 State of Employer Benefits Report
Curious to know how HR professionals at other organizations feel about their benefits programs and what they prioritize? We surveyed over 500 HR Advisory members from across the US, at organizations big and small, to find out the state of employer benefits in 2023. We looked at what benefits businesses offer, how they procure those options, and how they communicate them to staff.
What we found was an array of robust benefits packages that most HR professionals are proud to offer, built on employee feedback and market research to provide options that their workers want. While organization size did tend to predict the availability of some less traditional offerings, overall, businesses worked to provide trending, in-demand benefits to employees across the board.
